Wash and clean the strawberries, cut into cubes and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cut the mango from the stone, peel and dice. Wash the lime hot, grate dry and grate the peel thinly.
Squeeze fruit juice. Add mango, lime zest and 1 tablespoon lime juice to the strawberries. For the waffle dough, whip the fat, 50 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and salt until creamy with the whisks of the hand mixer.
Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour, baking powder and seasoning and stir in alternately with 100 ml milk and cream. Put approx. 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough in the middle of a greased preheated waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
From the remaining dough bake another 7 waffles in the same way. Mix quark, 3 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons lime juice until the sugar crystals are dissolved. Separate the waffles into heart shape as desired, dust with icing sugar.
Add some fruit salad and curd cream. Decorate with mint.
