Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove.
Mix honey and cream cheese. Wash the mint, dab dry and cut half of the leaves into strips. Stir mint strips into the cream cheese and arrange in a bowl with the oat flakes and orange fillets.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and decorate with mint.
