Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with the back of the knife. Bring the milk, cream, vanilla pod and pulp to the boil, then remove from the heat
Caramelise 100 g sugar in a pan and divide it into 4 ovenproof moulds (??? cm Ø). Wash the blackberries and put them into the moulds
Mix eggs with 120 g sugar for 2-3 minutes until creamy. Stir in milk-cream mixture, remove vanilla pod. Pour vanilla cream into the moulds
Place the ramekins on the fat pan of the oven. Pour hot water on them until they are halfway through the water. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ convection oven: 125 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 30 minutes. Remove and let cool. Keep cool until serving
