Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (329 g) Baking mix "Flatbread
  • 1 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 2 TABLESPOONS condensed milk
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 2-3 Bay leaves
  • 160 ml Olive oil
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 8 Prawns
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    For the bread baking mix, put dry yeast (enclosed in the package) and 250 ml warm water in a bowl. Season with dried thyme. Knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer for 3 minutes. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Then form into an elongated bread on a floured work surface. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with condensed milk. Sprinkle sesame and black cumin mixture and leave to rise in a warm place for another 30 minutes.

    Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix mayonnaise and 1 garlic clove. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover and leave to stand. Wash the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes, then peel and leave to cool. Mix with 2 garlic cloves, 2-3 bay leaves and 100 ml olive oil. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the lid. Hollow out the tomatoes. Put them into 4 tablespoons of hot olive oil with the cut edge facing down. Season with salt and pepper. Stew for about 30 minutes. Add 2 cloves of garlic to the braising fat 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Wash the prawns.

    Mix with 2 garlic cloves, 2-3 bay leaves and 100 ml olive oil. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the lid. Hollow out the tomatoes. Put them into 4 tablespoons of hot olive oil with the cut edge facing down. Season with salt and pepper. Stew for about 30 minutes. Add 2 cloves of garlic to the braising fat 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Wash the prawns. Wash lemon and cut into slices. Heat the remaining olive oil. Fry the rest of the garlic and prawns for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon wedges and fry for another 2 minutes. Wash basil, pluck leaves, chop as desired and stir in. Arrange the bread with the tomatoes, prawns, potatoes and ajoli

    Wash lemon and cut into slices. Heat the remaining olive oil. Fry the rest of the garlic and prawns for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon wedges and fry for another 2 minutes. Wash basil, pluck leaves, chop as desired and stir in. Arrange the bread with the tomatoes, prawns, potatoes and ajoli
