Wash the tomatoes. Remove the stalk and cut the tomatoes into slices. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut them diagonally into rings. Cut the sausages into approx. 1 cm thick slices.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausage slices until golden brown all around, remove and set aside. Heat the remaining oil. Sauté the spring onions in it. Add the tomatoes and fry.
Put the slices of sausage back into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Let everything braise for 8-10 minutes at low heat. Wash the basil, except for a few leaves for garnishing, and cut into fine strips.
Add chopped basil to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Serve tomato pan garnished with basil leaves and sprinkled with lemon pepper.
