Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 package (250 g) Wholemeal egg pasta (spirals)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 orange
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • 300 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 40 g Hazelnuts

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Steam in little boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Then let it drip off. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Then rinse cold and drain. Wash and halve the tomatoes.

    Mix broccoli, pasta and tomatoes with orange juice. For the sauce, cut cheese into small pieces and stir into the yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything on plates. Chop the nuts and sprinkle over them
