Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut the bacon into pieces, put them in a pan and take them out crispy. Fry the mushrooms in the bacon fat. Clean, wash and cut salad into strips.
Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Put the herb mixture in a bowl. Add oil and three tablespoons of water and stir until smooth. Mix the lettuce, mushrooms and tomatoes with the salad dressing.
Arrange salad on plates and spread bacon on top.
