Ingredients

  • 100 g Lettuce (e.g. romaine lettuce)
  • 1 Tomato and onion
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 1 tablespoon (30 g) Fresh cream
  • 50 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g) more sophisticated
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan
  • 3 discs (10 g) Salami
  • 1 (60 g) Wholemeal roll

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the lettuce and tomato. Peel and chop the onion

    Wash and chop the basil. Mix with crème fraîche and yoghurt, season. Arrange everything with cheese and sausage. Add the bread rolls
