Peel the carrot. Wash cucumber and carrot, drain and grate coarsely separately. Wash lettuce leaves and dab dry. Cut the rolls in half. Spread the bottom half with 1 teaspoon of tartar sauce and cover with the lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle the grated carrot on top. Spread Guirkenraspel on the turkey slices, fold the slices half over and place on the carrot rasp. Spread the rest of the tartar sauce on top and place the other half of the bread roll on top.
Arrange the turkey salad burger with the tomato wedges, cucumber and herbs and serve.
