Cream cheese tartar with radish, gherkin and dill

Ingredients

  • 50 g Radishes
  • 1 pickled gherkin
  • 1 stalk of dill
  • 100 g granular cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the radishes. Clean gherkin and cut into fine cubes. Wash dill, dab dry, pluck flags from stem and chop finely. Mix cream cheese with the radish and cucumber cubes in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.

    Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with dill.
