Colorful salad with turkey strips and yoghurt-lime sauce

  • 500 g Turkey Breast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 1 (approx. 120 g) Kopf Lollo Rosso und Lollo Bianco
  • 1 collar (approx. 50 g) Rocket
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar (120 g) Spring onions
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g each) Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and peel of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen paper

Directions

    Wash the turkey, dab dry and cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey strips for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Take out and drain on kitchen paper. Clean, wash and tear the salad into bite-sized pieces. Wash the rocket, dab dry and clean.

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Mix yoghurt, olive oil, lime juice and peel. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions and turkey on plates. Pour some sauce on the salad, add the rest extra
