Melt the fat. Separate eggs. Crumble 23 Amarettini roughly. Mix quark, fat, egg yolk, vanilla sugar, semolina and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Beat egg white until stiff, pour in 2 tbsp. sugar. Add the Amarettini crumbs to the quark mixture
Grease the casserole dish (approx. 1.5 l capacity) and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Pour in the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 40-45 minutes
In the meantime wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix with liqueur or juice and 1 tbsp. sugar. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Arrange casserole and strawberries. Decorate with remaining Amarettini. Tastes hot or cold
