Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON frozen herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp curry, salt, pepper, sugar
  • 200 g mixed leaf salads (e.g. lollo rosso, lollo bianco and rocket)
  • 1 small pepper (e.g. red)
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion (e.g. red)
  • 8 discs (approx. 80 g) Ham (e.g. Serrano or Bündner Fleisch)
  • 1/2 Baguette-Brot

Directions

    Mix yoghurt, herbs and about 1/2 teaspoon curry. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar

    Clean, wash and shake the lettuce dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Clean, wash and slice mushrooms. Peel onion and cut into fine rings

    Mix the prepared salad ingredients and arrange on plates. Pluck the ham into pieces and arrange on top. Pour curry cream over it. Add baguette

    Drink: cool white wine
