Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash spring onions and peppers. Cut the bell peppers into strips, the spring onions into rings. Cut sausages into slices. Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry potatoes and peppers in it while turning. Finally add spring onions, sausages and rosemary and fry briefly. Season with salt and paprika powder
