Clean the white cabbage, cut into eighths, cut out the stalk. Cut cabbage into fine strips. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and knead. Cut bacon into small cubes. Heat oil in a pan and leave the bacon in it until crispy. Deglaze with apple juice and vinegar, let it cool down a bit. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the cabbage. Mix well and let it stand for about 1 hour
