Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • some stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of white wine
  • 1 bottle dryer (0.75 l)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sparkling wine

Directions

    Wash lemon hot and cut into slices. Wash and pluck the lemon balm leaves. Place both in a jug, ideally with ice. Fill up with well chilled wine and champagne.

    Spread cold duck on glasses and garnish with lemon slices and lemon balm as desired.
