Place all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl. Work through to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge over night. Knead the dough and roll out between two layers of foil about 1/2 cm thick. Cut out round cookies with a cookie cutter (5 cm Ø).
Press the top of the cookie into the sugar. Place the underside of the biscuits on a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Results in approx. 60 pieces
