  • 3 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake
  • 200 ml Carrot juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut milk
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp roasted coconut chips

Directions

    Roast the grated coconut in a pan without fat, take it out immediately and let it cool down. Mix carrot juice with coconut milk and yoghurt. Moisten the top edge of the glass with a little water and place it upside down in the grated coconut.

    Fill the coconut and carrot smoothie into the glass and decorate with the coconut chips.
