- 200 g Mayonnaise
- 2 TABLESPOONS whipped cream
- 3 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
- 2 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
- 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper and sherry

For this classic, simply stir 200 g mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons whipped cream, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup and 2 tablespoons orange juice until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sherry. Tastes great with steak, shrimps and as a salad dressing.
