- 4 cl Passion fruit liqueur
- 4 cl Orange liqueur
- 2 cl Lime juice
- 7-10 Tbsp Champagne or sparkling wine

Put passion fruit liqueur, orange liqueur and lime juice in a shaker, shake vigorously. Pour into pre-cooled champagne or sparkling wine glasses and top up with champagne or sparkling wine
