  • 6 oranges, 6 limes
  • 12 TABLESPOONS brown rum
  • 100 g demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp limes or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oranges and balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp for ornament

Directions

    Peel the oranges and limes so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fruit into slices. Stir rum and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle the fruits with the sugar and let them cool down for 2 hours

    Fill fruits with marinade into cocktail glasses. Decorate with lime or orange slices, orange peel and lemon balm
