Ciabatta wreath with three kinds of cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 Bread baking mix (500 g) for ciabatta (with yeast)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS poppy, sesame, linseed and sunflower seeds to sprinkle
  • 200 g Gouda in slices
  • 250 g Brie or Camembert
  • 7-10 Tbsp cherry tomatoes and basil
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead the baking mix, oil and 340 ml lukewarm water (see package instructions) with the dough hooks of the hand mixer until smooth. Dust with a little flour. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour

    Form on little flour to a roll (approx. 32 cm long). Divide into about 16 pieces and form into rolls. Place as a ring on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for another 20 minutes

    Spread the rolls with water and sprinkle with seeds. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for approx. 5 minutes. Then bake at 200 °C (fan oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Cooling down

    Cut Gouda into triangles, Brie into slices. Dice Edam cheese. Place a wreath of bread on a plate with a large upside-down plate underneath. Garnish with cheese, tomatoes and basil
