Ingredients

  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin

Directions

    Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat and chop them coarsely. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop. Mix minced meat, egg yolk, tomato paste, parsley, pine nuts and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Form small meatballs and fry them in a basket in hot oil
