Grilled goat cheese from the oven

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 150 g small rocket (bunch or packaged ready to eat)
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 2 Apples (approx. 175 g each)
  • 2 (150 g each) rolls goat cream cheese, natural
  • 25 g Hazelnut flakes
  • 10 TSP liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Balsamic cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the rocket well. Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Cut the bacon slices into 2-3 pieces each. Place aluminium foil on a baking tray and brush thinly with oil.

    Wash the apples, grate them dry and prick out the core. Cut apples into slightly thicker slices and spread 10 nice slices on the baking tray. Cut goat cheese rolls into 10 slices each.

    Place 2 slices on each apple slice and season with pepper. Sprinkle with hazelnut leaves and thyme. Drizzle honey over it and spread the breakfast bacon on top. Grill under the preheated grill for 3-5 minutes.

    In the meantime, spread rocket salad on 10 plates and spread some balsamic cream in strips over it. Arrange grilled goat's cheese on top and serve immediately. Baguette tastes good with it.
