Chopping chocolate. Melt carefully over a warm water bath. Stir in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, cloves and coriander. Line tray or flat plate with baking paper.
Dip clean and dry coffee spoons one after the other into the chocolate, drain and place on the tray. Place in a cool place until the chocolate has set. Repeat the process 3-4 more times. Dust half of the spoons with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
dissolve chocolate in a cup of hot milk, sweeten to taste
