Chocolate pudding with cherry jelly

Ingredients

  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Chocolate Flavoured Pudding Powder
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 500 g Kirsch Groats
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm and amaretti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Stir 6 tablespoons of milk, sugar and pudding powder until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk and stir in the pudding powder. Let it boil for about 1 minute. Put the pudding in a bowl and cover with cling film directly on the surface. Let it cool down.

    Whip cream until stiff. Stir the pudding and fold in half of the cream loosely. Place the pudding, rest of the whipped cream and cherry groats alternately in a bowl. Decorate as desired with lemon balm and amaretti
