Chop chocolate and toffee separately. Mix pudding powder and sugar. Stir with 100 ml milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil briefly, stir in the mixed powder, bring to the boil again. Melt the chopped chocolate in it. Pour into a large bowl, place foil directly on the pudding.
Leave to cool for about 15 minutes. Stir in toffee briefly, cover with foil again and chill for at least 3 hours. Whip with a whisk until creamy. Pour into cups and dust with cocoa. Sprinkle delicately with brown sugar shortly before serving
