Servings: 4
  • 100 g Milk chocolate
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 4 fresh eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Whipped cream,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chocolate flakes,

Directions

  1. 1

Break whole milk and dark chocolate into pieces. Melt in a hot water bath and let it cool down a little

  2. 2

Separate eggs. Mix egg yolk and sugar until creamy. Beat egg whites and cream separately until stiff. Slowly add chocolate to the egg yolk mixture while stirring. Carefully fold in the egg whites and cream

  3. 3

Divide the chocolate mousse into 4 dessert glasses and chill for 4-6 hours. Shortly before serving, decorate with cream tuffs, chocolate flakes, carambola and mint flakes if desired.

  4. 4

-You can replace the whole milk chocolate with dark or mocha chocolate, then's more bitter

  5. 5

-Serve as cams: Pour mousse into a large bowl, chill. Cut the noodles with a tablespoon and arrange decoratively on dessert plates. Fine sour fruits go very well with it
