Ingredients

  • 440 ml + 6 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 package Chocolate Flavoured Pudding Powder
  • 50 g + 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 500 g Apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 80 g Ladyfingers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Calvados
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Bring 440 ml milk to the boil. Mix pudding powder with 50 g sugar. Stir with 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Remove boiling milk from the stove, stir in pudding powder. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring.

    Pour into a bowl, cover directly on the surface with foil and let it cool down. Peel the ginger and cut into fine pieces. Peel and quarter apples, cut out the core. Cut quarter into pieces. Caramelise 3 tablespoons of sugar in a pot until light. Add 1/8 litre water and lemon juice, dissolve caramel with it. Add apples and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Let it cool down. Break the lady fingers into pieces, divide them into 4 glasses and sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of Calvados. Whip cream until almost stiff.
