We refine the butter only with the slightly hot blossoms and fresh lemon rubbing. Cling film helps us to roll it back into shape afterwards

  • 8 Chive blossoms
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Wash 8 chive blossoms, dab dry well and chop finely. Mix 250 g soft butter with chive blossoms and grated rind of 1 organic lemon. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Form butter into a roll using cling film and chill for about 2 hours.
