8 Chive blossoms
250 g soft butter
1 Organic Lemon
7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Wash 8 chive blossoms, dab dry well and chop finely. Mix 250 g soft butter with chive blossoms and grated rind of 1 organic lemon. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Form butter into a roll using cling film and chill for about 2 hours.
