Clean and wash the cucumber and bell peppers and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Season ketchup with salt, pepper and chili. Add vegetables and stir in. Puree lightly with a blender.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Add to the cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve the chips together with the dips
