Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 Peppers (red and yellow)
  • 1 small onion
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, Tabasco
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 150 g clotted cream
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Tortilla Chips
  • 1 (150 g) Bag of potato chips (e.g. Crunchips x-cut)

Directions

    Vegetable dip: Clean, wash and finely dice the vegetables. Peel and chop onion. Stir everything into the ketchup. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco

    Garlic dip: Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Peel garlic, press it directly into the cream, season to taste. Arrange dips and chips
