Tortilla chips au gratin with guacamole

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 red chillies
  • 150 g Gouda cheese
  • 30 Tortilla Chips
  • 7-10 Tbsp garlic bulb, red cabbage sprouts and lime slice
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones. Remove the flesh from the skin. Peel garlic. Puree 1 avocado with garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cut 1 avocado into cubes and fold in.

    Slice 1 chilli pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into rings. Grate cheese. Spread the chips on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place 1 tablespoon of guacamole on each of the chips. Sprinkle chilli rings and cheese on top.

    Bake under the preheated grill of the oven for 2-3 minutes. Arrange the tortilla chips on a plate. Garnish with the rest of the chillies, garlic bulb, red cabbage sprouts and lime slice. Add the rest of the guacamole in a small bowl.
