Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 lollo bionda
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 pistons Chicory
  • 3 Oranges
  • 2 (150 g each) Mug of whole milk yoghurt
  • 200 g cooked ham in thick slices
  • 200 g Gouda cheese in thick slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

  1. 1

Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse pasta with cold water, drain and toss in the oil. Wash the salads. Pluck the lollo bionda, remove the chicory leaves from the stalk and cut into wide strips.

  2. 2

Rinse an orange hot, rub half of the peel off and add to the yoghurt. Peel the other half thinly, cut the peel into narrow strips and set aside. Peel all oranges so that the white skin is completely removed.

  3. 3

Cut out the fruit fillets between the separating skins, collecting the juice (results in approx. 1/8 litre). Cut ham and cheese into small pieces. Mix the orange juice with yoghurt, salt and sugar.

  4. 4

Mix the prepared salad ingredients and arrange on a plate, add some salad dressing and sprinkle with the orange peel strips that have been set aside. Remaining salad dressing extra is enough.
