Fan potatoes & potato skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 12 small potatoes (about 400 g)
  • 4 (approx. 600 g) large potatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 75 g Sheep or feta cheese
  • 50 g Crème fraîche, pepper, salt
  • 1/2 Pepper (red and yellow)
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1/2 (125 g) Fl. tomato chili sauce
  • 1-2 Branches of rosemary
  • 12 discs Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 4 skewers, aluminium foil

Directions

    Wash the potatoes well and boil them in water for 20 or 30 minutes. Drain and let cool. Peel small potatoes

    Wash the chives and chop finely. Mix with cheese and crème fraîche until smooth. Season with pepper. Clean and wash the vegetables. Chop onion, dice paprika finely. Mix with the sauce, fill into a small bowl

    Wash the rosemary and pluck finely. Roll up the bacon and put it on the skewers alternating with the small potatoes. Put rosemary in between. Brush the potatoes with oil, season. Cut out 3-4 wedges from the big potatoes crosswise. Fill with cheese cream. Put each on foil

    Grill the skewers and fan-shaped potatoes on the preheated electric grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn the skewers several times
