  • 20 g Ginger Root
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 TABLESPOON pink pepper berries
  • 50 ml Hoisin sauce
  • 50 ml Plum sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS rice vinegar

    Wash ginger thoroughly and grate finely. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Finely mortar pink berries. Mix hoisin sauce, plum sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and prepared ingredients. Marinate the grilled food with it about 15 minutes before.
