Chilli-garlic oil

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON black and light sesame
  • 4 red chillies
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Ginger tubers in syrup (from the glass)
  • 1/2 l Olive oil (e.g. Olio Dante extra virgin)

Directions

    Roast sesame seeds and crush them coarsely. Wash the chillies and carve lengthwise. Peel garlic and cut into slices. If necessary, chop the ginger a little smaller. Pour prepared ingredients into a clean bottle. Fill up with oil and leave to stand in a cool place for a few days
