Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut the peppers into small pieces, spring onions into rings. Rinse and drain kidney beans. Carve the chili lengthwise, remove seeds and chop finely. Fry the minced meat in hot oil.
Season with salt and paprika. Chop the tomatoes while still in the tin. Deglaze the chopped tomatoes with it. Add all prepared ingredients and chili beans. Cook for about 15 minutes. Then season again.
Tacochips, peelings and peanut rice taste great with it.
