Put the flour in a bowl. Warm the milk slightly. Crumble the yeast, dissolve in it and add to the flour. Add fat in flakes, 1/2 tsp salt, oregano and oil. Knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes
Roll out the dough on a lightly greased baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm). Spread tomatoes on it, season. Dice mozzarella roughly. Spread olives, pepperoni and mozzarella on the pizza. If necessary let it go again
Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: on level 4 for about 25-30 minutes. Spread the salami on the pizza about 5 minutes before the end
