Ingredients

  • 400 g Frozen princess beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Miso paste (Asian shop)
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 2 red chillies
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame (e.g. white and black)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

    Cook the frozen beans in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain, quench and let drain. Peel and chop garlic. Mix with miso, honey, vinegar and 3-4 tablespoons of water.

    Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and finely chop. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into thin slices.

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat. Swirl the chilli and spring onions briefly through, remove. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the beans in it over high heat for about 2 minutes, remove. Brown the meat all around. Stir in the beans and miso mix and heat up. Sprinkle with sesame mix. Basmati rice goes well with it.
