Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Cashew nuts
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2–3 Spring onions
  • 2 red chillies
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Bed of red daikon cress

Directions

    Roast the cashew nuts in a pan without fat until brown, remove. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. clean, wash and cut spring onions into 1-2 cm long pieces

    Clean, wash and cut the chillies and remove the seeds. Chop the pods. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the meat, dab dry, cut into small pieces

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and chillies for 1-2 minutes while turning. Add meat and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add paprika and 75 ml water, fry for 3-4 minutes while turning

    Add 2 tablespoons each of oyster and soy sauce. Fold in 1 pinch of sugar, cashew nuts and spring onions, continue steaming for 1-2 minutes, season with oyster and soy sauce. Serve everything. Cut the cress from the bed and sprinkle on the chicken. Serve with rice
