Ingredients

  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 300 g Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash rosemary, shake dry, pluck needles from the twig and chop. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, except for something to sprinkle. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in 3 tablespoons of oil slightly

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into 16-24 cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
