Chicken skewers with Asian dip

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 lemons
  • 75 ml Teriyaki marinade or soy sauce
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 TABLESPOONS sesame, 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 200 ml Asia spice sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chillies and coriander
  • 20 wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash, dry and dice the meat. Put 2-3 meat cubes each on skewers. Mix lemon juice and Teriyaki marinade. Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press directly into the marinade. Leave the meat in the marinade for about 2 hours while turning

    Dab the meat. Pick up the marinade. Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Heat the oil. Fry the meat skewers in it in portions all around for 3-4 minutes. Take out

    Deglaze the meat with the marinade and Asian sauce. Let simmer briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Arrange everything, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish
