Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Tomato
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 4 pickled peppers
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 (150 g each) Pieces of flatbread
  • 200 g Coleslaw

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Season with cumin, chilli powder and pepper. Mix in oil and chill for about 1 hour. Peel and thinly slice the onions. Wash, clean and chop the tomato and cucumber. Drain the pepperoni and cut into rings.

    Peel garlic and press it through the garlic press. Mix yoghurt with garlic, season with salt and pepper. Fry meat in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes, turning, season with salt. Cut a pocket into each piece of flatbread. Fill with meat, coleslaw and the rest of the prepared ingredients. Add yoghurt sauce
