Chicken gyros with paprika quark

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 large potatoes (about 150 g each)
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 3 TSP Oil
  • 11/2-2 Tsp Gyros spice salt
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

    Wash the potatoes and cook in water for about 25 minutes. Mix quark and yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers and stir in

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Mix well with oil and gyros spice. Peel onions. Leek onions clean, wash. Cut both finely

    Fry the meat in a coated pan without additional fat for 4-5 minutes while turning. Fry the onions and spring onions briefly. Season to taste with pepper and salt if necessary

    Quench and peel the potatoes. Dress everything. Wash parsley, chop finely and sprinkle over it
