Turkey schnitzel in mushroom sauce with french fries

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (750 g) frozen French fries
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 8 piece(s) small turkey escalopes (approx. 70 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package Hunter sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON green pickled pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • baking paper

Directions

    Place the French fries on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven according to the instructions on the packet. Clean and trim the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated frying pan. Fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Wash cutlets, dab dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the escalopes in portions for approx. 6 minutes, turning them over

    Boil 250 ml of water. Stir in sauce powder and simmer for about 1 minute. Add mushrooms and green pepper. Season chips with salt and paprika. Arrange schnitzel, chips and sauce
