Chicken filet with shiitake and broccoli

Ingredients

  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 150 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 150 g Chicken filet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed coloured pepper

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Clean the shiitake mushrooms, cut off the stems, halve the mushrooms. Put broccoli florets in boiling salted water, bring to the boil, cook for 3 minutes, rinse in a sieve with cold water and drain.

    Rinse thyme, dab dry, pluck into small twigs. Rinse chicken meat and dab dry. Heat the grill pan, put a few drops of oil on some kitchen paper, rub the grill ribs with it.

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper and grill on both sides for about 5 minutes. Heat the remaining oil in a coated pan, fry the mushrooms for about 2 minutes, add 3/4 of the thyme and broccoli and heat briefly.

    Season vegetables with salt and ground pepper. Arrange the meat with the vegetables, garnish with the remaining thyme.
