Ingredients

  • 1 TEASPOON (3 g) dried Mu-Err mushrooms or 3-4 fresh mushrooms
  • 50 g Basmati Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 200 g mangetout or frozen peas
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 Garlic clove
  • 125 g Chicken filet
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 8 tablespoons (80 ml) Chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons (50 g) frozen peas
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 knife tip Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Soak the dried mushrooms in approx. 100 ml hot water for approx. 30 minutes or clean, wash and slice the mushrooms

    Cover the rice and let it swell for about 15 minutes in 100 ml boiling salted water. Clean and wash the mangetouts. Peel onion and garlic. Chop both

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Heat oil. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Fry onion and garlic. Add stock and soaked mushrooms with the soaking water. Add mangetout and peas and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce and Sambal Oelek. Add the rice
