Ingredients

  • 1 maize cobs (alternatively 125 g canned maize grains)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Pea pods (alternatively 200 g frozen peas)
  • 6 Chicken wings
  • 6 Chicken drumsticks
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON oil for brushing
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter

Directions

    Clean the corncobs and cook in boiling salted water for about 45 minutes. Peas peeled and cook for about 10 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and drain. Wash the chicken parts and dab dry.

    Season with salt and pepper and coat with oil. Place on a fat pan of the oven and cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

    Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Remove the corn cobs and cut the grains from the cob with a knife. Drain the potatoes. Add milk and butter and mash.

    Fold in corn grains and peas, season with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken pieces with the mashed potatoes.
