Ingredients

  • 1 glass (370 ml) morello cherries (suitable for diabetics)
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g soft butter or margarine
  • 60 g Fructose
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 160 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • Baking paper cups

    Drain the cherries. Roughly chop the chocolate. Beat the fat, fructose and salt until frothy. Stir eggs one after the other into the fat-sugar mixture. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve onto the fat-egg mixture and stir in

    Add the cherries and chocolate to the dough. Put 3-4 paper cups into each other. Fill the dough into the forms. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. Remove the cakes and let them cool down
